Is there parking on site?
Yes! The Fisk building has a large parking lot. For events there is extra parking in the satellite lot or street parking.
is a photographer included with the rental?
No, It is BYOP (Bring your own photographer). But, if you are a family looking to get family photos done in the space or a Content Creator needing Instagram photos, we have a list of some of our local favorites we’d love to share with you. Just shoot us a text/email.
What is your cancelation policy?
We offer a full refund for cancelations made within 48 hours of your session, 50% when canceled within 24 hours and no-refund for day-of cancelations(All of this can be found in our terms of service).
A 25% rescheduling fee if notice is less than 48 hours before scheduled rental.
do i need insurance?
While we prefer you provide a certificate of insurance, those who do not have insurance are required to sign a waiver for everyone in your party.
